We looked for and bought our home out of state. On top of that, my husband and I were both in different states from each other. We met Janaee at the open house of the home we purchased. We had been looking for a home for quite sometime in 2023 which has been a very difficult market for buyers. We had made several offers on various homes often over asking only to be overbid and missing out. We nearly gave up until we took a chance on asking Janaee to represent us on the purchase of the home she was having the open house at. We were able to close escrow in just 8 days from our accepted offer.
